COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pro Face GP7W2-BG41-24V parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Quipp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Quicksilver parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Qualitrol product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Quipp such as the 4148 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 10564 manufactured by Quicksilver and we are pleased to be able to service most Quicksilver systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DFRO by Manufacturer Qualitrol as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Quick Brand FGTLV1400200A00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Qualitrol such as 9300701 equipment made by Qualitrol have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Qualitrol products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Qualitrol" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LT4201TM made by Pro-face as well as the popular R35C original spares produced by Ramcon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FLBXS4012S00C01 by Quick and 9300701 spares by Qualitrol are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 540552801002 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rafi. |
